*adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
*maintaining a high level of knowledge of all menus, promotions and restaurant information

*Must be able to understand basic English language
*Excellent customer service skills
*High level of organisation
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
*Ability to work according to the needs of the business
